Account Deletion

Delete your account and associated data

Delete from inside the app

The recommended method is inside the app:

  1. Open EFB Logbook and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the prompts.
Result: your account is deleted and your associated user data is removed.

If you cannot access the app

If you can’t sign in, use the Support page and request deletion. You may be asked to verify ownership of the account email.

Note: deletion may take a short time to fully propagate across services.
