This Privacy Policy explains how EFB Logbook (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the EFB Logbook mobile application and related services.

- Flight log data: departure and arrival aerodromes, routes, coordinates, distance, aircraft, callsign, timestamps, and visibility.
- Profile settings: display name and public profile preferences.
- Usage and analytics data: basic app interaction, performance, and stability information.
How we use your data
- To provide core app functionality such as logging flights, maps, totals, and badges.
- To securely sync your data across devices.
- To improve app reliability, performance, and features.
- To manage subscriptions and entitlement status.
Third-party services
EFB Logbook uses the following trusted third-party services to operate:
- Firebase Authentication — account sign-in and security
- Cloud Firestore — secure storage of user data
- Firebase Analytics — anonymous usage and performance analytics
- Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — optional authentication methods
- RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management
Data sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the services listed above where necessary to operate and maintain the app.
Public content
If you enable public profile features, certain information (such as your display name and selected flight data) may be visible to other users. You can disable public visibility at any time in the app settings.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, your authentication record and associated user data are permanently removed from our systems.
Your choices
- Keep flights private or mark them public.
- Enable or disable public profile visibility.
- Delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion).
