Find help with EFB Logbook including login issues, SimBrief imports, PRO subscriptions, billing questions, and account management.
EFB Logbook is a flight simulator logbook built for MSFS, X-Plane and Prepar3D pilots. Ensure you are running the latest version from the download page.
Login & account issues
- Ensure you are using the latest app version.
- If a password reset email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders.
- If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the same method again.
- If sign-in fails, confirm your device date/time is correct and your internet connection is stable.
SimBrief import (PRO)
- SimBrief import requires PRO.
- You must generate an OFP in SimBrief before importing.
- Enter your SimBrief Pilot ID and tap “Get latest OFP”.
- If you see “No flight plan found”, generate a new OFP in SimBrief.
- No SimBrief subscription is required.
Map & display issues
- If the map does not load, check your internet connection.
- Restart the app after changing display settings.
- Confirm you are using the latest version of the app.
Subscriptions & billing (PRO)
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- If PRO does not unlock, use Restore Purchases in the app.
- Ensure you are signed into the correct Apple ID or Google account.
- Billing changes may take a short time to sync.
Store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled through the app store.
Account deletion & data
- You can delete your account directly from inside the app.
- Account deletion permanently removes your data.
- If you cannot sign in, you may request deletion via email.

Include your device type, app version, and a short description of the issue. If the problem relates to SimBrief, include your Pilot ID.
