How do I find my SimBrief Pilot ID?

Open your SimBrief account profile and locate your Pilot ID (a numeric ID). Enter this number in EFB Logbook when importing SimBrief OFPs.

Do I need a SimBrief subscription to use SimBrief import?

No. EFB Logbook requires a SimBrief account and a generated OFP. A paid SimBrief subscription is not required.

Why does SimBrief import say no flight plan found?

Generate a new OFP in SimBrief first, then try importing again. If you have multiple accounts, confirm the Pilot ID matches the account used to generate the OFP.

How do I restore purchases for PRO?

Open the app and tap Restore Purchases in the PRO section. Purchases are managed by your Apple ID or Google account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. EFB Logbook cannot cancel subscriptions directly.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account from inside the app. This permanently removes your user data. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion via support email.

Sign-in and account issues

Ensure you are using the latest app version.
If a password reset email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the same method again.
If sign-in fails, confirm your device date/time is correct and your internet connection is stable.

SimBrief import (PRO)

SimBrief import requires PRO.
You must generate an OFP in SimBrief before importing.
Enter your SimBrief Pilot ID and tap “Get latest OFP”.
If you see “No flight plan found”, generate a new OFP in SimBrief.
A paid SimBrief subscription is not required.

Map & display issues

If the map does not load, check your internet connection.
Restart the app after changing display settings.

Subscriptions & billing (PRO)

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
If PRO does not unlock, use Restore Purchases in the app.
Ensure you are signed into the correct Apple ID or Google account.
Billing changes may take a short time to sync.

Store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled through the app store.

Account deletion & data

You can delete your account directly from inside the app.
Account deletion permanently removes your data.
If you cannot sign in, you may request deletion via email.
