Quick help

Find help with EFB Logbook including login issues, SimBrief imports, PRO subscriptions, billing questions, and account management.

EFB Logbook is a flight simulator logbook built for MSFS, X-Plane and Prepar3D pilots. Ensure you are running the latest version from the download page.


Login & account issues

  • Ensure you are using the latest app version.
  • If a password reset email does not arrive, check spam or junk folders.
  • If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the same method again.
  • If sign-in fails, confirm your device date/time is correct and your internet connection is stable.

SimBrief import (PRO)

  • SimBrief import requires PRO.
  • You must generate an OFP in SimBrief before importing.
  • Enter your SimBrief Pilot ID and tap “Get latest OFP”.
  • If you see “No flight plan found”, generate a new OFP in SimBrief.
  • No SimBrief subscription is required.

Map & display issues

  • If the map does not load, check your internet connection.
  • Restart the app after changing display settings.
  • Confirm you are using the latest version of the app.

Subscriptions & billing (PRO)

  • Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • If PRO does not unlock, use Restore Purchases in the app.
  • Ensure you are signed into the correct Apple ID or Google account.
  • Billing changes may take a short time to sync.

Store-managed subscriptions must be cancelled through the app store.


Account deletion & data

  • You can delete your account directly from inside the app.
  • Account deletion permanently removes your data.
  • If you cannot sign in, you may request deletion via email.
